BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Our Black Friday Sale offers 30% off sitewide, plus a free pair of exclusive earrings with any purchase over $120 AUD.

The free earrings are a limited-edition style not yet available for purchase. These are available in Gold & Silver, and customers can choose their preferred metal while stocks last. Once your cart hits the threshold, a pop-up will appear where you can select your pair. Once sold out, this offer will expire.

The $120 threshold must be reached in a single order and cannot be accumulated across multiple transactions.

The promotion begins 11am AEST, Tuesday 18 November 2025, and runs for a limited time only while stocks last.

All offers are valid for a limited time only and while stocks last.
Offers cannot be applied to previous orders. If a sale or promotion begins after a purchase is made, we are unable to apply discounts retrospectively.
Gifts with purchase are limited to one per customer and available only while stocks last.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, codes, or promotions.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

During high-volume sale periods, our regular 3–5 business day dispatch timeframe may not apply.
Please allow up to 21 business days for dispatch during major promotional events.
Selecting Express Post at checkout speeds up Australia Post delivery times, but does not fast-track warehouse dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched..

REFUNDS & RETURNS DURING SALE PERIOD

Sitewide sales and major promotional events are considered final sale.
No returns, refunds, credit notes, or exchanges are available on sale items or items purchased during promotional events.

Faulty items will continue to be assessed in line with our standard Returns Policy.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE – FAQ’s

How long will it take to get my order?
Due to high order volumes during the Black Friday period, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Our warehouse team will be working around the clock to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible! Keep an eye on your inbox for updates once your order has shipped.

Can I return my Black Friday order?
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale.
If you change your mind, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on Black Friday purchases. Faulty items will always be assessed in line with our standard Returns Policy.

Can I use other discount codes?
Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the sale period.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, we’re usually unable to make changes as it moves quickly through our warehouse system. If your shipping address or contact details are incorrect, please email our team as soon as possible at hey@gimmestore.com and we’ll do our best to help before it’s processed, but we can’t guarantee amendments once packing has begun.

I purchased before the sale, can you apply the discount?
Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied to orders placed within the promotional timeframe. We’re unable to apply price adjustments or offer refunds for orders made prior to the sale.

WIN BACK YOUR ORDER

All orders placed between 12:01am and 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, 21 November 2025, will automatically go into the draw to win back the full value of your order (including shipping).

Five (5) lucky customers will be randomly selected to receive a full refund of their order total.
Orders placed before or after this promotional period are not eligible.
Order cancellations will not be accepted.
Winners will be drawn by 28 November 2025 and notified via email.
Promotion is open to Australian customers aged 18 and over.
Limit of one prize per customer.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

WIN 1 OF 5 MECCA VOUCHERS

All orders placed between 12:01am and 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, will automatically go into the draw to win one of five (5) MECCA vouchers.

Each prize consists of one MECCA gift voucher valued at $100.00
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected and voucher will be included in the order
Orders placed before or after this promotional period are not eligible.
Order cancellations will not be accepted.
Promotion is open to Australian customers aged 18 and over.
Limit of one prize per customer.

FREE SHIPPING FRIDAY

All orders placed between 12:01pm Thursday 27 November and 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, 28 November 2025, will be eligible for free standard shipping Australia-wide.

No rainchecks, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available on Free Shipping Friday orders.
Orders placed before or after this promotional period are not eligible for adjustments, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
Please allow additional dispatch time due to high order volume during the sale period.
Selecting Express Post at checkout speeds up Australia Post delivery, but does not fast-track warehouse dispatch.
