Our Black Friday Sale offers 30% off sitewide, plus a free pair of exclusive earrings with any purchase over $120 AUD.

The free earrings are a limited-edition style not yet available for purchase. These are available in Gold & Silver, and customers can choose their preferred metal while stocks last. Once your cart hits the threshold, a pop-up will appear where you can select your pair. Once sold out, this offer will expire.

The $120 threshold must be reached in a single order and cannot be accumulated across multiple transactions.

The promotion begins 11am AEST, Tuesday 18 November 2025, and runs for a limited time only while stocks last.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

  • During high-volume sale periods, our regular 3–5 business day dispatch timeframe may not apply.

  • Please allow up to 21 business days for dispatch during major promotional events.

  • Selecting Express Post at checkout speeds up Australia Post delivery times, but does not fast-track warehouse dispatch.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched..

REFUNDS & RETURNS DURING SALE PERIOD

  • Sitewide sales and major promotional events are considered final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, credit notes, or exchanges are available on sale items or items purchased during promotional events.

Faulty items will continue to be assessed in line with our standard Returns Policy.

How long will it take to get my order?
Due to high order volumes during the Black Friday period, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Our warehouse team will be working around the clock to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible! Keep an eye on your inbox for updates once your order has shipped.


Can I return my Black Friday order?
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale.
If you change your mind, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on Black Friday purchases. Faulty items will always be assessed in line with our standard Returns Policy.


Can I use other discount codes?
Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the sale period.


Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, we’re usually unable to make changes as it moves quickly through our warehouse system. If your shipping address or contact details are incorrect, please email our team as soon as possible at hey@gimmestore.com and we’ll do our best to help before it’s processed, but we can’t guarantee amendments once packing has begun.


I purchased before the sale, can you apply the discount?
Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied to orders placed within the promotional timeframe. We’re unable to apply price adjustments or offer refunds for orders made prior to the sale.
