Life is like, so totally boring when you don't have a delivery to look forward to, right? RIGHT!

Rest assured the GIMME team are working like Santa's elves to get your goodies to you in record time. Lots of TLC goes into quality checking, fulfilling, packaging and posting your orders, so kindly allow two business days for your order to be processed.

***AT THE RISK OF BECOMING CAPTAIN OBVIOUS, THE SPICY COUGH HAS CAUSED SOME (REALLY ANNOYING) SHIPPING DELAYS ON PARCELS. KEEP CHECKING ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPDATES AND GIVE US A HOLLA IF YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR ORDER!*** 

Australia Post is our chosen shipping carrier and we have shipping options:

1. STANDARD SHIPPING - FREE on orders over $100.00
On orders over $100.00 (with tracking).
You can expect Prince Charming (AKA the Postie) to arrive at your doorstep in 3-7 business days after you receive shipping confirmation.

2. EXPRESS SHIPPING - $10.00
On all odrers.
Allow two business days after you receive shipping confirmation.

3. STANDARD SHIPPING - $7.50 
On orders under $99 (with tracking).
A little more of the P-word (patience) is required here.
Kindly allow 3-7 business days for your goodies to be in your presence.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $15.00 to NZ and $35.00 to the rest of the world.
If you live overseas (lucky you!), we will send your package via Auspost standard International Shipping (with tracking).

Packages travelling this far can take 10+ days to arrive (and hey, we wish we were coming with them!)

GIMME is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.

OTHER BITS & BOBS ON SHIPPING: 

  • We proudly use reusable, biodegradable mailing satchels.

  • Our faux leather jewellery pouches and branded jewellery boxes are are designed to be used and reused, over and over and over again!

  • Want to track your parcel? A tracking number has been sent to you via email. Can't see it? Do the good old 'check your junk mail' trick. We're fairly certain it'll be there. Also, once a tracking number has been supplied, that means your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed (sounds obvi, but hey, just saying).

  • Some parcels may need to be signed for on arrival (sometimes this is out of our control!). If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel may be returned to us & we will need you to help us cover the cost of re-sending.
