We totally get it, buying jewellery and accessories online can be tricky. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy and transparent as possible.

You’ve got 14 days to decide, and 3 easy options:

  • Exchange – free (because we love a second chance)
  • Store Credit – also free (your next Gimme piece is waiting)
  • Refund – available with a small $10 processing and restocking fee

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return must be approved by our team via email first
  • Earrings are final sale due to strict hygiene regulation
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Shipping Info

  • Customers are responsible for return postage
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend tracked shipping — we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns

If your exchange is approved and the item is in stock, we’ll ship your new piece within 2 working days of receiving your return.


💘 Gift With Purchase

Returning an order that came with a free gift? The gift must also be returned in original condition to process your refund or exchange.


💥 3-Month Warranty

We stand by the quality of our pieces. If something isn’t quite right due to a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • We’ll happily replace or refund your item — just email us with a photo and your order number.
