If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel may be returned to us & we will need you to help us cover the cost of re-sending.
